Stef is an excellent realtor. He is always prepared when showing a property. He offers very helpful astute advice about its resalable and features that are good as well as bad. He is always on time, an especially important attribute as far as my wife is concerned. His recommendation about delaying the closing on the property we purchased until we had the survey in hand was very important because of the encroachment issue on an overland drainage route. Turned out the city was very inflexible about this issue and we had to negotiate an abatement to allow us to move the detached garage. He saved us considerable money.

We would use Stef again in preference to anyone else. His professionalism is extremely rare in his business. He has our highest recommendation.
