The simple explanation is that we built a group of professionals to help us be in 10 places at once, and therefore greatly enhance the quality of service we can deliver to our clients. This is basically how other professionals like your banker or lawyer operate. And on top of this, we've used cutting edge technology to dramatically improve the speed, efficiency and innovative capabilities of every part of the service we deliver.

Stef Lukas
Stef is the master behind the marketing. His track record speaks volumes in creating and implementing new ideas and strategies. Stef is the mentor, trainer and group leader of the Lukas Group.
Listing coordinator
The Listing Coordinator books all of Stef's appointments and assists him in preparation of all Market Evaluations of properties. The Listing Coordinator is a very important member of the Lukas Group.
Customer Service Manager
The Customer Service Manager, will play a key role in the sale of your home. The Lukas Group Customer Information Department is set up to give you feedback on all showings of your home. The CSM will offer you timely feedback about all showings and marketing activities while your home is on the market with the Lukas Group.
Office Manager
The office Manager for the Lukas Group handles all the busy day-to-day activities at the office. The "OM" coordinates the group and makes sure our customers are receiving the best service at all times. Should you ever have a question regarding Real Estate, the office manager is always there to help.
Transaction Coordinator
The Transaction Coordinator manages all transactions from the initial offer until the time it closes. The "TC" coordinates all possession dates, and the removal of any conditions. The "TC" regularly monitors your deal right up to closing date. As well, the Transaction Coordinator assists in managing the 100+ calls per day that our buyer specialists make to potential buyers.
Call Coordinator
The Call Coordinator manages all calls and information coming into the office. The "CC" is also responsible for implementing all of our New Listings. So when you call the Lukas Group, you will always be welcomed by a friendly voice on the line.
Stef's Home Buyer Department - The "Buyer Specialists"
Assisting hundreds of buyers who will be looking at your home, the buyer specialists only show homes they clearly understand the current market, and each potential buyer is shown only homes that most meet their criteria. The Lukas Group is comprised of 5 full-time real estate professionals, all working for the same price as hiring a single agent.
Achievements
Stef Lukas awarded for implementing Terry Paranych's systems, which are still in use. These systems help prospective buyers more easily access sellers properties by effectively marketing their homes.
